After retiring from 40 years in Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Chicago as both a teacher and administrator, I knew that I had the time and opportunity to do more. I chose to join the St. Pascal Conference where my mother was a founding member. I am honored to be able to carry on the service that she and others provided to our community.
Deacon Gene Kummerer Jr. has a long history with the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul. He currently is a member of the Saint Pascal Conference of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, where he previously served as President and Vice President. He also served as Treasurer for District VII of the Society.
